Guan Yin House is a sanctuary and refuge in Tucker GA for those depleted from conventional “doing” ways of navigating the world. In response, we offer Gong Fu Tea steepings of artisan grade teas that nourish the soul. The heart of these "being" tea offerings is the practice of listening.

Guan Yin, the Bodhisattva of Listening, is an archetypal space holder in the Buddhist tradition. She is also referred to as “She-Who-Hears-the-Cries-of-the-World” and “The Goddess of Mercy and Compassion." The depth of her listening radiates presence, a presence that feels like mercy and compassion, a presence that feels like you’re being healed simply by "steeping" in it.

Steeping is not about changing what you are on a fundamental level; It’s about evoking the full expression of your essence, the core of your being. There’s no sense of fixing, manipulating or controlling. It’s act of holding space for what wants to unfold in its own time.
